Interview Tip of the Month: Use a C.A.R. to Nail Your Interview |
When an employer asks you how you’ve tackled problems in the past, use C.A.R. (Challenge, Action, Results) statements to respond. Detail the challenge you were up against, the action you took to address the challenge, and then the great results you achieved. C.A.R. responses help you communicate exactly what you’re capable of bringing to the table – by clearly demonstrating what you’ve accomplished in the past.
